1. What data we collect

When you upload a video file, we temporarily store it on our EU-based servers solely to perform the repair and generate your preview. We collect your email address only if you voluntarily provide it (for escalation or order confirmation). We do not collect names, payment card details (handled by Stripe), or any other personal data beyond what is strictly necessary.

2. How we use your data

Your video file is used only to run the automated repair engine and generate a preview. We never view, share, sell, or use your footage to train AI models.

3. Data retention

Uploaded files and recovered outputs are automatically and permanently deleted within 48 hours of upload. Paid download links remain valid for 24 hours and the underlying file is deleted on the same schedule.

4. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe may collect payment information per their own privacy policy. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and CDN. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics platforms that profile users.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you. Contact us at [email protected] with any requests.

6. Cookies

We use a single locale cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
